It will depend on your final destination. Goods delivered to West-Coast locations can be between 14-18 days. Goods delivered to Mid-West locations can be between 30-40 days. Goods to East-Coast locations can be between 30-35 days. These dates are based on Sea to port or Sea + Rail. We are your logistics experts, based on your IHD (In Hands Date), we can lay out a detailed delivery plan to ensure your goods arrive to the “MAIN EVENT” on time! There are many ways to handle shipments based on your timing and budget- Air, Courier, Fast Boat, Expedited Trucking, LTL, FTL, LCL, FCL and many more!

We are a Hong Kong Registered business so our customers can settle payments via Wire Transfers to our Local Bank in Hong Kong. We will be happy to connect with your accounting team to help you with the transaction.

This is a good one and that’s why you use Matrix Source for your overseas manufacturing, sourcing and logistics! Our in-house QC team will ensure goods leave the factory and are placed on the mode of transport in pristine condition. Everything from the product, packing and cartons will be checked during PSI (pre-shipment inspections). If we handle LDP (Landed, Duty, Paid) to your destination, we will have goods insured once we load the container through your warehouse/event delivery zip code. If there is a situation where the goods arrive intact but later you find some defects, we will replace or credit you with the value of those goods. We are confident you will be happy with our quality of goods and services!

Yes! We have in-house designers, and we have worked with many engineers, designers that are not in-house but are experienced in design and manufacturing. We manufacture many ODM and OEM items for our clients. Many of them have patents what we manage for them.
